OMGosh. That is so difficult for you. I can't begin to image. My friend went through it a while back. Her relief came from laying in a swimming pool but that very limiting.SHe seems to have improved. I have started watching the newsinslowfrench which is helping me gain confidence and I have signed up to use an AI tutor. I have a goal to speak better before I spend 2 months in Paris next year. Hopefully both will be money well spent. Fingers crossed - I have never had vertigo.

I also suffer with vertigo. I had a bad sinus infection that destroyed the nerve for balance in my right ear. I waited seven months to see Dr Priesol at Mass General who is a specialist for this problem. I did all the exercises faithfully but I still suffer from vertigo and anxiety makes it worse. I’m sorry you suffer from BPPV. It’s awful.
